At Qhapu Security Services, we are committed to providing high-quality security training courses and professional in-person instruction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any course through our website.
1. Course Purchases
All course registrations and payments are made online through our website, while all classes, training sessions, and lessons are provided in person at our training venue only.
By completing payment, the student confirms their booking and acceptance of this refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
a) Cancellation Before Course Commencement
Students who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start date may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to management approval.
b) Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date may be subject to a 25% administrative cancellation fee.
c) Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
If a student fails to attend the lesson or course on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Failure to attend in-person classes
- Change of mind after course materials or booking confirmation has been issued
- Student arriving late and missing the session
- Failure to meet course requirements or pass assessments
- Personal transport issues
- Absence due to work or personal commitments not communicated in advance
4. Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to reschedule their in-person lessons once at no extra charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
Any additional rescheduling requests may attract an administrative fee.
5. Company Cancellations
If Qhapu Security Services cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor unavailability, venue issues, or operational reasons, students will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- a new training date
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
